The West Virginia National Guard brought a Blackhawk helicopter for all PBHS students to explore and experience up close. 🖤💙 It was an incredible opportunity for our students to learn, ask questions, and see this impressive aircraft in person. A huge thank you to the WV National Guard for providing such a memorable and educational experience! 👏✨

Bus announcement for today Tuesday, September 2, 2025: Bus 37-22, on the Philippi end of the county, will not be running today.

Reminder: There will be no school for students on Friday, August 29, 2025. This day is designated as a Professional Learning Day for Barbour County staff. Thank you!

Bus cancellation for tomorrow Thursday, August 28th, 2025: Bus 108B, on the Philippi end of the county, will not be running tomorrow morning, but it will be running tomorrow afternoon.

Bus 114B on the Belington and Junior end of the county will now be running starting tomorrow morning Wednesday, August 27, 2025. It will be operating on its normal schedule.

Due to a lack of Bus Operators, Bus 108B on the Philippi end of the county will not be running. An announcement will be made when a Bus Operator is available to drive the route.

Bus cancellation for tomorrow Tuesday, August 26, 2025: Bus 40-23 one the Belington and Kasson end of the county, will not be running tomorrow afternoon.

Bus cancellation for this afternoon, Friday, August 22, 2025: Bus 21B on the Philippi end of the county will not be running this afternoon.

Students at Auto Dynamics may be picked up and dropped off by bus 122B at 6:49 a.m. & 3:45 p.m. Students at Brown Ave and Cedar St may be picked up and dropped off by bus 122B at 6:50 a.m. & 3:44 p.m. Students at Brown Ave and Jackson/Flanagan St may be picked up and dropped off by bus 122B at 6:50 a.m. & 3:40 p.m. Students at Audra Rd & Dogtown Rd may be picked up and dropped off by bus 122B at 6:48 a.m. & 3:45 p.m. Students at Audra Rd & Horizon's Ridge may be picked up and dropped off by bus 122B at 6:40 a.m. & 3:52 p.m.

📢 Important Update for PBHS Career Tech Center Families & Students Due to unforeseen issues with moving the electric line for our new Career Tech Center addition, the CTC will be without power for the remainder of this week and possibly into next week. To make sure learning continues smoothly, CTC teachers and their classes have been temporarily relocated to classrooms in the main high school building. 🏫✨ We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this transition—exciting things are ahead for our students with the new addition! 💡🔧📚
